It was fantastic to be able to invite parents and carers onto the backfield to share in our sports day on Thursday. Our wonderful nursery children got the day started with a hugely entertaining set of events that everyone enjoyed watching. Enzo from our Nursery said ‘it was fun wearing a cowboy hat to run’ whilst Tabitha liked wearing her ‘rainbow shoes to run fast!’ Jake in Year 1 said he loved using all of his energy and Saffiya in Year 2 really liked the flat races. Year 3’s Sofia thought it ‘was great to have everyone on the field at the same time’ whilst Mila commented on the health benefits for all the children, saying it was ‘good for everyone to pick their heart beats up!’
