Joshua and Libby attended the Bake Off at Harlington Upper School on Wednesday 1st March. The pupils were put into two teams and competed in a bake Off. Libby’s team came first and she was presented with a signed cook book and certificate. Well Done Libby!
Quote from Libby: “We baked profiteroles and bread rolls; I liked the profiteroles the best as they had chocolate and whipped cream inside.”
Joshua: “We made quiche and cheese and onion pasties. I also made profiteroles and cake. I loved making the whipped cream with an electric whisk. The first time I did it the whipped cream turned to cheese but the second time was perfect.”
