Deputy Head Teacher, Sundon Lower School

We are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic and inspiring Deputy Headteacher for September 2022.  This is an excellent opportunity to join our popular, friendly village school which is acknowledged for its high-quality teaching and learning. Sundon Lower School is part of the successful Harlington and Sundon Academy Trust, based within a rural setting within easy reach of major road links.

As Deputy Head, you will support the Head Teacher in providing a clear educational vision, ethos and direction for the school. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong leadership characteristics and have proven experience in leading strategically to raise pupil outcomes across the school. This role includes SENCo responsibility of co-ordinating care and provision of pupils with special educational needs or disabilities and Designated Safeguarding Lead across the school. You will lead by example, model best practice and be able to motivate and inspire others. You will have high expectations in behaviour and attainment and always put children at the heart of their teaching.

Site Agent Manager 
Harlington and Sundon Academy Trust
Location: Harlington Lower Salary:

NJC Level 4A point 11 to 12 (£21,748 - £22,183)
£11.27 to £11.50 per hour depending on starting point.
Hours: 19.5 hours per week Hours:
Monday to Friday: 2.30pm to 6.30pm (6.00pm on Friday)
30 minutes per day of the above hours will include locking up at Sundon Lower School.

Contract: Permanent

The Harlington and Sundon Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a hard-working, committed and enthusiastic Site Agent Manager who will take responsible for overseeing the security of the school and for locking the school at the end of the day. Duties will include Health & Safety checks undertaking general repairs, ordering supplies, obtaining quotes and liaising with the Office Manager. Overseeing the cleaning team and some light cleaning duties may also be required.

HARLINGTON LOWER SCHOOL CLEANER VACANCY
Harlington Lower School Require a casual part-time cleaner
2 hours per day Monday – Friday term time only.
Hours are from 3.30pm but can be flexible.
Pay Scale NJC Level SCHLEV1A, point 1 £9.50 per hour pro rata

The post will be subject to the Disclosure and Barring service and satisfactory references.
