SEND Parent Survey

I feel that my child is making good progress at school*
I know how my child is supported at school*
I am concerned that my child is not getting enough support*
I feel I have sufficient information and communication about my child’s progress*
I know which stage of the SEN Code of Practice my child is on (e.g.School SEN Stage 1, SEN Stage 2 Support, EHCPlan)*
I have been offered the opportunity to share my child’s targets and ‘My Support Plan’ with their class teacher.*
I feel that Sundon Lower School has given me suggestions for ways to support my child at home*
I am able to approach staff about any concerns that I have regarding my child*
I have confidence in the leadership of SEND provision and interventions within the school.*

This year we have made several changes to our SEND paperwork and procedures.
